As a CEO, Ken Rees led the creation of Elevate, a spinoff company from Think Finance. Elevate’s innovative online credit solutions provide immediate relief to customers today and help them build a brighter financial future. Mr Rees has held many leader position in diffrent companies including CashWorks, InnoVentry, CSC Index and Booz, Allen and Hamilton. He has an MBA in Finance and Statistics from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts from Reed College in Mathematics.

She has been actively involved in various leadership and philanthropic activities such as being an adjunct professor at Rutgers Business School, a board and faculty member of the PACE University COAP program, mentor/coach to global entrepreneurs and not-for-profits, and a team leader of researchers for a Social Competitiveness Index for the World Economic Forum.
Chitra has her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation and was educated at Harvard Business School, Harvard University and the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.
