Dr. Klaus Kleinfeld is the only leader to have successfully served as CEO of two Fortune 500 companies on different continents — Alcoa in the United States and Siemens in Germany. Over a nearly 40-year career spanning multiple industries, from established global enterprises to technology startups, he has advised U.S. presidents and global leaders across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
As the founder of K2Elevation, he invests in North American and European technology and biotechnology companies. Dr. Kleinfeld is actively engaged in private-sector initiatives, public affairs, and cultural boards. A dual U.S. and European citizen, he lives and works near New York, balancing his professional commitments with family life.

Prior to that, she worked as a Management Consultant in the finance industry in New York City. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Management with a concentration in Finance and her Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology.
