Lori Sokol, PhD, is Executive Director of Women's eNews, a global non-profit that provides cutting-edge news coverage about the most crucial issues impacting women and girls around the world, As an educational psychologist, Dr. Sokol’s research specifically focused on the media’s influence in crafting gender roles, further seeking to expose how gender stereotypes are created and maintained. Dr. Sokol was also recently interviewed on the Wall Street Journal and Forbes Women podcasts. Her second book, #SheIsMe: How Women Can Save the World, is due out in the Spring, 2020.
