Mehran Assadi serves as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and President of National Life Group. Under his leadership, the company has experienced significant growth in sales of its life insurance and annuity products while strengthening its financial performance and market presence.

Mr. Assadi has been instrumental in fostering a culture of collaboration, engagement, and empowerment across the organization. He is widely recognized for championing a mission-driven approach to business, aligning performance with purpose and long-term value creation. He joined National Life Group’s Board of Directors in 2009 and was elected Chairman in 2017.

Before joining National Life Group, Mr. Assadi served as Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Information Officer at Provident Mutual in Newark, Delaware, where he led strategic marketing and technology initiatives that enhanced operational efficiency and customer engagement.

A graduate of Towson University, Assadi holds a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Baltimore. He is known for his focus on innovation, digital transformation, and developing strong leadership teams to drive sustainable growth in the financial services industry.
