Examples of data driven recruitment

Jeanne Meister (Author & Partner, Future Workplace)

Jeanne Meister provides examples of companies that successfully use data in their recruitment efforts. She points to GE Digital’s transformation to a digital industrial organization and the company’s use of new data driven recruitment tools that have helped the company grow to 30,000 employees over a six-year period. Meister provides another example of a company that utilizes their “alumni” or those that have left the company to provide recruitment leads or to entice former employees to return.
