Dong shuo Li, the Founder of UMU, discusses his viewpoints on learning with a Sarder TV correspondent at the 2017 CLO Insight Summit. He talks about the need for there to be a variety of learning options available in the corporate learning environment. According to Li, it is important to leverage all types of learning from traditional classroom learning, to offline and online versions of computer-based learning platforms. He discusses the importance of learning at UMU and how as a learning company the emphasis is on coming up with creative solutions through continuous learning. Li also talks about he stays up to date and relevant including becoming a subject matter expert by reading everything he can find on topics that are important to the business.
