Deniz Caglar (Author & Principal (Partner), PwC US)

Dr. Deniz Caglar shares information on the research done for his book, which included looking publicly available information on 200 companies. He shares some of the findings which include that only 10% of companies are Fit for Growth according to their criteria. He discusses the three most important criteria they used which are to make sure that there are a clear set of differentiating capabilities, that the cost structure is aligned with business strategy and that the organization supports these initiatives. According to Caglar, companies need to be able to these three things at the same time to be successful in today’s marketplace.
