Atti Riazi discusses how as an electrical engineer she was able to develop the skills she needed to be an executive. She talks about the importance of using both sides of your brain, the rational thinking and creative parts when you are a manager. Riazi stresses that information technology is not just about software and hardware it is about people and knowledge and innovation and if you understand that you can manage in the technology field.
