Frank Ford  (Author & Co-founder, Four Day Weekend)

Frank Ford defines the concept of a “happy accident” and discusses how viewing the world in terms of low or high percentage choices opens one up to new opportunities. He talks about how something that might be seen as a mistake or a negative can turn into out of the box ideas and new avenues to pursue. According to Ford, we can learn to recognize these opportunities to turn a negative into a positive.
