Leo Tilman (Author & CEO, Tilman & Company)

Leo Tilman talks about how change is difficult for most people or as he paraphrases Carl Von Clausewitz, “inaction is native to the human mind, progress is an exception.” Tilman suggests that leaders need to focus on explaining the role of change to employees, creating an environment of trust, and empowering employees to make decisions.
