Atti Riazi (CIO, United Nations, Ogilvy & Mather)

In this video, Atti Riazi talks about her controversial belief that companies are not responsible for employee development. She talks about how it is the employee’s responsibility to educate themselves and the organization’s responsibility to support that development. According to Riazi, if an organization provides employee training but does nothing else to support the employees then the organization will not realize much from the investment in training.
