What Makes A Great Leader?

This leadership consists of 5 qualities that all successful leaders have in common. He has named the framework VISTA, which stands for; Visionary, Inspiring, Smart, Trustworthy and Able. Sarder associates these 5 great qualities with great leaders like Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, Bill Clinton and Oprah Winfrey. Sarder also mentions that you are not born with the necessary skills to be a leader, you become a great leader. Sarder claims, “Leaders are made, not born.”
