What do you need to consider when designing a learning program?

Dr. Sydney Savion goes over some of the factors that should be considered when designing and implementing a learning program. This includes understanding that employees want to be heard, they want feedback and they want to be communicated with effectively. She suggests some key questions L&D leaders should ask when creating a learning program such as what is the right platform, is it digital ready, and will this program meet the business needs of the organization.
