Sarder CLO LIVE #3 (From Classroom training, to live online, to coaching, to gamification)

On February 24, 2016, Sarder TV hosted it’s third CLO LIVE at Crowne Plaza Times Square. It was a lively discussion, with a panel consisting of:

– Dennis Budinich, Chief Culture Officer, Investors Bank
– T.J. Elliott, Chief Learning Officer, Educational Testing Service, ETS
– Regis Courtemanche, Learning & Talent Development, BuzzFeed

The theme of the event was Innovative Approaches to Learning: From Classroom training to Gamification. From Classroom training, to live online, to coaching, to gamification. At the event, learning leaders explored many ways of offering learning experiences to the workforce. Some of them are more traditional while others are new-fashioned.
