Mark S. Babbitt  (Author, Entrepreneur & Leadership Mentor)

Mark Babbitt talks about his use of a what he calls a “social media hammer.” According to Babbitt, the use of hammer as an analogy for social media tools works because both can be used in constructive and destructive ways. He points to examples of the how social media can improve a company’s branding efforts overnight or how a single tweet can fatally damage a company’s reputation.
