Tom Andeson talks about his first book which is entitled the Value of Debt: How to manage both sides of a balance sheet to maximize wealth. He points out that this book was his first effort to share his theory that good debt can be a useful tool in creating wealth and that the target market was other financial advisors. Anderson shares that the book is academic in nature and is more conceptual in nature than his later books.
