Eli Khoury, Sales Development Manager of Pathgather, shares what has he has learned from attending the 2017 CLO Insight Summit with a Sarder TV correspondent. He talks about some of the eye-opening concepts he has acquired at the summit including learning the differences in how CIOs and CLOs approach learning solutions. According to Khoury, it makes sense to communicate differently about learning to both types of executives. He also talks about his background and what learning means to him including that it is important to not be afraid to fail and not let perfection be the enemy of good ideas.
