What is the principle of Accelerate High-Velocity Decisions?

He talks about two different types of decisions that are included in this principle: Type One that requires time and thought and Type Two decisions that can be made quickly and are easily reversible. Anderson discusses how Bezos believes in pushing as many Type Two decisions down to the lowest possible level in the organization that have the scale, experience, and knowledge to make the decisions.
