Amy Loomis, Co-founder and Program Director of IBM’s Think Academy and Digital Learning, talks about her learning program and her views on corporate learning at the 2017 CLO Insight Summit. Talking with a Sarder TV correspondent, Loomis provides a background of how the Think Academy came into being. According to Loomis, the Academy was founded as the communications vehicle for IBM’S major business transformation from a hardware and services company to a digital cognitive company. She provides details of some of the ways the Academy provided a common touchpoint for the global company during the change initiative and some of current efforts to engage learners around the world.
