Susan Angele (KPMG’s Board Leadership)

https://youtu.be/sUOzidUGXaE/
Susan Angele addresses the issue of corporate boards and crisis management. She discusses how changes in technology and the growth of social media have impacted the way business crises need to be handled by both management and corporate boards. Angele goes through the different considerations that should come into play when a problem occurs within a business whether it is a business error, a change in management, or issues arising from a natural disaster. She also provides an example of how a multinational company handled the crisis of a product recall.
