Greisy Flores, Global Manager of Technology Training at Nestle, shares her thoughts on a variety of questions having to do with learning with a Sarder TV correspondent. She discusses how her team supports more 330,000 employees on a global basis in partnership with the ISIT department that has 8300 individuals who create and support solutions throughout the company. Flores explains that her current focus is on creating a global program to create, acquire and transfer knowledge within the corporation. The goal, according to Flores to embed learning directly into the workflow while still providing different learning options to employees including a real-time ask the expert program. Flores also responds to what she has learned from the CLO Insight Summit including that organizations need to spend more time explaining the why of learning to employees.
