What is the central theme of your book, Emotional Agility?

Dr. Susan David (Author & CEO, Evidence Based Psychology)


Susan David talks about her belief that as humans and as leaders we need to be honest in dealing with our emotions which was the impetus for her book, Emotional Agility. She explains how through a process of valued intention we can thrive and learn to deal effectively with our thoughts and emotions. She talks about the difficulties in living in a complex fast paced world where change is facing us every day and to be successful we must be adaptive and emotionally agile.
