What do you mean by the term vocational health?

Bob Rosen talks about the book he wrote entitled Grounded where he provided six “roots” for becoming grounded and effective. This includes physical, emotional, intellectual, social, vocational, and spiritual roots. According to Rosen, the state of those roots predicts performance and can help ground us in the face of change. He specifically explains the tenets of vocational health.
