Josh Davis explains from a neuroscience point of view how activities such as exercise or eating small meals can be a reset button for mental energy. According to Davis, doing twenty minutes of moderate exercise such as a brisk walk can improve focus, allowing a person to be present and to think more clearly. He shares examples of how he uses exercise to improve brain function.
