As publisher do you oversee the business side of the publication?

Rich Karlgaard (Author & Publisher at Forbes Magazine)

Rich Karlgaard describes his role as publisher of Forbes Magazine. According to Karlgaard, his job responsibilities more accurately can be described as an Editor at Large, rather than the traditional business-focused position of publisher.
