Bob Chapman is the chairman of Barry-Wehmiller, a global capital equipment and engineering consulting company that combines more than 145 acquired companies across ten operating divisions worldwide and has served in this role for 50 years. Under Chapman’s leadership, Barry‑Wehmiller grew from $20 million in revenue in 1975 to more than $3.5 billion in 2025, with some 12,000 team members at 100+ locations in 30 countries, achieving 18 percent compounded growth. A sought-after speaker on powerful strategies like human centered leadership, business growth and sustained performance, and culture transformation, Chapman is passionate about using his platform as a business leader to build a better world. His non-profit, Chapman Foundation for Caring Communities, and the Chapman & Co. Leadership Institute both help to fulfill that goal.

Prior to that, she worked as a Management Consultant in the finance industry in New York City. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Management with a concentration in Finance and her Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology.
