Cornelia Choe, MPA, is a global leadership expert and founder/CEO of The Leaders Alliance, an organization empowering C-level leaders on five continents. Cornelia guides and supports top-tier leaders spanning diverse sectors, including the heads of some of the largest multilateral organizations, governments, and global enterprises, from startups to Fortune 500 companies. Cornelia previously worked in private equity at Morgan Stanley and other institutions, supporting leadership teams in Asia, Europe, and North America. A keynote speaker, Cornelia’s TEDx talk has reached 2M+ views. Having lived in seven countries and being fluent in three languages, Cornelia now shapes the future of leadership and
transformative change on a global scale. She holds a master’s degree (MPA) in leadership from Harvard Kennedy School and BS in political science from Georgetown University.

Vaishali has been working in the media industry & Journalism for more than 14 years. She had her own CEO talk show on Bloomberg TV India called Biz Lounge, a show that she anchored and produced. Biz Lounge explored the business aspects of each company, as well as the company's leadership, corporate culture, as well as each leader's personal side including how he/she spent their free time.

Prior to that, she worked as a Management Consultant in the finance industry in New York City. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Management with a concentration in Finance and her Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology.
