Dr. Winters is a practicing emergency physician at Mayo Clinic and author of You’re the Leader. Now What?. As medical director of Professional Leadership Development for the Mayo Clinic Care Network, Dr. Winters delivers leadership development programs that train leaders at all levels of healthcare organizations worldwide, and as a professional certified coach, he provides executive coaching for Mayo Clinic leaders.
