Sandy Carter is a technology executive with leadership experience spanning five C-suite roles—Chief Business Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Sales Officer, and Chief Product Officer—across EQUS, AWS, IBM, and Unstoppable Domains.
Throughout her career, she has built and scaled AI-driven businesses from product strategy to more than $5 billion in revenue. She helped pioneer AI partnerships at IBM, led multi-billion-dollar cloud and AI businesses, and at AWS built enterprise initiatives that generated $5 billion in revenue with 55% year-over-year growth. As COO and later CBO of Unstoppable Domains, she helped scale the company to unicorn status while leading go-to-market strategy and deploying AI solutions that now handle nearly half of customer support inquiries. A Forbes contributor recognized five times as an Editor's Choice, she has been named AI Executive Champion of the Year, CNN Top 10 Women in Tech, and one of Forbes' 50 Over 50. As a LinkedIn Top Voice, she speaks and advises on turning AI strategy into measurable business growth. Sandy is also author of the book “AI First, Human Always”.

Prior to that, she worked as a Management Consultant in the finance industry in New York City. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Management with a concentration in Finance and her Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology.
