Alexandra Lajoux shares her thoughts on how it was her own views on her role as a woman in a society that initially held her back. According to Lajoux, who grew up in the 1950’s, she set low expectations for herself at first not thinking beyond becoming a wife. She explains how education and getting out in the world changed her hopes to wanting a successful business career. Lajoux provides examples of women role models that have inspired her during her career.
