Previously, Ms. Hooda served as Global Head of multiple functional and operating areas at TIAA, Credit Suisse Investment Bank, Thomson Reuters, and McKinsey & Co. Over a 30-year career, she has been recognized for leading customer-centric transformations and driving growth and strategic development at Fortune 500 companies. Ms. Hooda serves on the Board of Directors of Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company, a Fortune 350 financial services company, and Virtus Investment Partners (NASDAQ: VRTS), a leading investment management firm. She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and is an alumna of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. She is also a Board Leadership Fellow.
