Cara Castronuova explains her philosophy that the fear involved in boxing can be the best thing about the sport. She talks about how fear helps motivate you to be prepared for going into the ring. According to Castronuova, when you know that if you don’t do the work and prepare the best way you can for a fight you could get seriously hurt it makes you proactive on your own behalf.
