Alexandra Lajoux explains the concept behind her company Capital Expert Registry that she started in 2016. According to Lajoux, the Registry pulls together individuals all over the world who have an expertise in governance and who could be used as expert witnesses in litigation. She talks about the challenges she has found with her business and some of the innovative ways the company is moving forward including the formation of a webinar series and an Innovation Council.
