Dr. Sydney Savion talks about the idea that artificial intelligence could be used to boost employee performance and emotional intelligence. She discusses how human performance has been pushed by artificial intelligence for a long time in different areas but with the introduction of affective computing and wearables, the game has changed. Savion explains her belief that data from AI could be used to increase employee productivity and employee engagement.
