Young professionals, project managers, or change-makers as he describes them, must look into their social responsibility and footprint towards their organization, not the social agenda. He talks about Project managers still working in a structured way, but layered upon that they would also need the power skills which helps them adapt to the new norm and the new way of working post-pandemic.
