Joyce O. Moy is an attorney who has practiced law for more than 20 years, specializing in business transactions and taxation. She is the former Executive Director of Business and Community Development at LaGuardia Community College and currently serves as the Executive Director of the Asian American/Asian Research Institute at the City University of New York (CUNY).
In her leadership role, Moy has been instrumental in advancing research, policy analysis, and public programs that address the economic development, civic engagement, and public policy issues impacting Asian American communities. She has worked extensively on initiatives supporting minority- and women-owned businesses and has been a strong advocate for immigrant entrepreneurship and community development.
Moy frequently speaks on issues related to economic empowerment, diversity, and inclusion, and has collaborated with government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and business leaders to strengthen opportunities for underserved communities.

Vaishali has been working in the media industry & Journalism for more than 14 years. She had her own CEO talk show on Bloomberg TV India called Biz Lounge, a show that she anchored and produced. Biz Lounge explored the business aspects of each company, as well as the company's leadership, corporate culture, as well as each leader's personal side including how he/she spent their free time.
Prior to that, she worked as a Management Consultant in the finance industry in New York City. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Management with a concentration in Finance and her Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology.
